Edlund’s full line of Four Star Series portion control scales is now NSF Certified. In addition to the new FMD-2 model with a fixed dial, all Four Star scales feature a 30 degree viewing angle for readability and accuracy, a removable face plate for easier cleaning, a new platform design, and stainless steel springs and mechanisms for long life and consistent measurements.

Edlund’s Four Star Series brings a new and different slant to your portion control needs.

Features

30 degree viewing angle for easier reading at table height. Stainless steel springs and inner mechanism for rustproof operation, longer life and greater accuracy. Removable molded scale window (shown above) completely encloses scale plate to prevent spilled food product from running down into scale dial window. With dial face removed, scale is rustproof and completely washable. Adjustable air dashpot on deluxe models (gold dial) acts as a shock absorber to prevent scale pointer from vibrating when product is on scale. RMD-2 and RM-2 can be field-calibrated with our CK-32 calibration kit (shown above). RMD-1000 and RM-1000 can be field-calibrated with our CK-1000 calibration kit. Made in U.S.A.

The company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing without charge any part or parts found to be defective under normal use.
