Knife rack provides a system of knife storage and retrieval while helping to maintain a sanitary environment. Open underbase allows operators to quickly select the proper knife. Similar features as KR-98 plus a stainless steel skirt that protects knives and operators from accidents. Insert is 1" thick to hold knives upright and rigid and is easily removable for cleaning without use of tools.
