Model 825A Can Opening System for food processing, reprocessing and rework.
Model 825A Can Opening System washes cans, opens cans, delids cans and dumps product automatically at a rate of up to 30 cans per minute with one operator! Various dumping assists may be selected to assure product removal: vibration, metered water jets, needle punch with air blow and bottom punch to relieve vacuum. Edlund's proven extra heavy duty Crown Punch is utilized to open cans. The entire top of the can is cut out in one stroke. No can rotation is required and no metal slivers are left.	Only One Operator Required The Model 825A Can Opening System is L-shaped and requires just one operator. It is air operated, except for the P.L.C. controls and electric drive on the in-feed conveyor. Dumping assembly provides ample 20 second dumping time. Complete system is hose washable. Designed for food processors, commissaries, caterers, central school kitchens, the system is available with adjustable rails and can size conversion kit for quick change from one can size to another.

SPECIFICATIONS: Constructed of stainless steel wherever possible. Automatic air filter, regulator and lubricator provided. All materials NSF and USDA approved. Utilities: Compressed Air: Minimum pressure 85 PSI; volume 15 CFM, 1/2" line connection (120V 15 amp for P.L.C controls). Water: Hot or cold.
