Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices	Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are entered with prices in effect at the time of shipment, unless prior arrangements are made.
Terms	Minimum Invoice is $25.00. Net 30 Days.
Delivery	All Shipments are FOB Pittsburgh PA 15238-2829 USA, via best route.
Claims	Claims for shortages or defective MUST be made within 7 days. Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Claims for labor or consequential damage will NOT be allowed.
Returns	No returns without a return authorization number. There are NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS of receipt of Merchandise. Orders that are correctly filled may be subject to a restocking charge provided no defective merchandise is involved.
Privacy	We do not rent, sell or share any of the information provided by customers. All credit card information is encrypted and handled in a strictly confidential manner. Our shopping cart uses cookies (not required) to remember who you are to save you typing. We do not save any tracking information.
