[Waste Label - Hazardous Waste] Federal regulations require the use of labels when off-site transportation of hazardous materials is involved. These labels comply with all current EPA and DOT regulations. Pressure-sensitive vinyl (.004 mil) labels are supplied in packs. Pressure-sensitive paper labels are supplied in rolls. Quantities vary and are indicated below. Custom preprinted labels available upon request.

California Proposition 65

It's the Law...

Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1988

California Proposition 65 states:

"No person in the course of doing business shall knowingly and intentionally expose any individual to a chemical known to the state (of California) to cause cancer or reprductive toxicity without first giving clear and reasonable warning to such individual.
