SELF-CLOSING LAVATORY FAUCET

The self-closing lavatory faucet has a solid cast brass body with a replaceable seat. The stem is brass with a replaceable nitrile seat washer. The replaceable seat is chrome plated brass. The cold, hot, indexed or plain cross handle is brass with a chrome plated finish. The faucet packing is a reinforced rubber. The body, handle and cap are polished and chrome plated. The faucet is opened with a quarter turn of the handle that lifts the stem off the seat. Ball bearings roll on a lifting cam to open the faucet. The faucet is returned to the closed position by spring force.

SLOW-CLOSING LAVATORY FITTING

The slow-closing basin cock has a cast brass body with a polished chrome plated finish. The brass push button handle is used to make the external adjustment to the cycle time. The button is then locked at the time setting with a set screw. The factory on time is set at the factory at approximately 3-1/2 seconds. Longer cycle time is possible with internal adjustments. All of the internal parts are brass or stainless steel. The seals and orings are EPDM rubber. The bonnet gasket is nylon. The basin cock is fitted with a water saving aerator that limits the flow rate
