Tufted Logo Matting

Tufted logo mats are custom manufactured from scratch, starting with the tufting of the carpet material. Computer-controlled machines with graphics software actually produce the logo design yarn-by-yarn, like a tapestry. Solution-dyed nylon yarns are used for years of color-fast wear and resistance to crushing. A palette of 32 colors exists to choose from. The carpet surface is then bonded to a rubber backing for durability and long life.
