Specifications
TFE seats and seals. 600 WOG (non-shock) and 50 psi saturated steam pressure rating. Operating temperature range 0°F to 400°F.

AGA and CGA approved, FBV-1, 1/4"" to 2"" only

Designed to be soft soldered without disassembly using a low temperature solder (420°F). Other solders, 95/5 tin/antimony (460°F) or 96/4 tin/silver (430°F) can be used, however, extreme caution must be exercised to prevent seat damage. Higher temperature solders will damage the seat material. ANSI B16.18 states that 50/50 solder sweat connections should not be subjected to greater than 200 psi at 100°F. Operating pressures should be decreased as temperatures are increased.
